Chem-Tek offers a large variety of corrosion resistant PVC and Fiberglass fans. Our PVC and Fiberglass Centrifugal Fans are produced in 20 standard sizes with wheel diameters ranging from 12" to 80", allowing our fans to produce volumes from 400 to 150,000 CFM.

Key Features: Heavy gauge steel platform, formed inlet cone, full FRP resin fan wheel, 3/4" thick inlet and outlet flange, stainless steel hardware used to mount housing to fan platform, no hardware exposure in the air stream and heavy gauge belt and shaft guard.

Chem-Tek engineers and manufactures Scrubbers for a wide variety of applications. Its uses include the cleaning of fumes from plating, anodizing, steel pickling, printed circuit board, semi-conductor clean rooms, and corrosive odor control units. Chem-Tek manufactures many standard units ranging in size from 500 CFM to 100,000 CFM. Scrubbers, with capacity requirements lower than 500 CFM, are available upon request. In addition to our standard sizes, Chem-Tek will also, upon demand, quote and manufacture custom scrubbers. Our experienced engineering staff is available to discuss your upcoming projects.

Our scrubbers are constructed from Chemical Resistant PVC or Polypropylene we offer horizontal or vertical air flow configurations, Wet and Dry Systems, Multi stage Mesh Pad and Packed Bed type.

Lab Blowers

Chem-Tek Performance Plastic Blowers are excellent choices for aggressive applications where metal blowers quickly corrode.

The smaller laboratory units have round inlets and outlets. They are designed for use in lab hoods and cabinets. They are available in direct drive with two motor options and two wheel options.

The industrial units have round inlets and square outlets and offer much greater capacity.

They are proven performers in tough industrial applications, such as metal finishing, chemical manufacturing, wastewater treatment, and chemical storage cabinets. In addition to the options for drives, motors, and wheels, a full line of transitions and flexible connectors are available for connection to ductwork.

Chem-Tek blowers are ordered by selecting the right capacity, type of drive, motor and combination of plastic materials for your application.

If installing your own motor, note that Chem-Tek blowers must not exceed the stated RPM of each blower.

NOTE: Blowers are supplied fully assembled in counterclockwise upblast position. Other counterclockwise positions are available on request.*
