The Chem-Vap™ Atmospheric Evaporator is designed specifically to evaporate water from solutions with high solids content. Our units are normally constructed of Polypropylene, Polyethylene or PVC, but a variety of plastics and steel are also available, depending on the customers needs.The basic Chem-Vap™ unit consists of a blower, recirculation pump, high surface area packing and mist eliminator. The Chem-Vap's™ unique design allows for easy accessibility to the packing, nozzles and mist eliminator through a single access door, making this the most maintenance friendly evaporator available on the market today. Numerous options are available, including heating coils, temperature controls, level controls, make-up solenoids, pumps and concentrate tank. Our standard size units range from 10 to 60 gph.
